Debbie joined Swann Financial in 2023, transferring from another St. James's Place Practice, enabling her to be able to work closer to home. Before joining the financial world, Debbie ran her own marketing consultancy for over 20 years. She worked with a variety of large and small companies supporting them with Marketing and Communications strategies, planning, and public relations.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband, Steve, for nearly 24 years and has two teenage children, one now working full-time, and the other is at university. They are both based in London, and Debbie enjoys regularly popping down to see them, and exploring the city together.
When not working or keeping herself busy with her family, Debbie enjoys going to the gym, swimming, and playing tennis. To keep balanced with all her sports she also loves eating out and enjoying the odd glass of wine.
Even through her previous role, Debbie has always had a keen interest in the financial sector, whether it be through her own business or through her personal life. After dealing with her parent’s estate and working with their Financial Adviser, solicitor and accountant, Debbie found that whilst it was a difficult time, sorting out their estate to be an interesting and engaging experience. This gave her the drive to begin her journey as a Financial Adviser.
Here at Swann Financial, Debbie is a key part of our Adviser team. She loves working with her clients, listening to their stories, and future goals, and dreams. Debbie then helps her clients put a plan together, to help make their hard-earned money achieve these goals and dreams.
